Level 1: No previous yoga experience is necessary. Introduction to the many benefits of Yoga. Fundamentals of movement, alignment, posture, breath, and deep relaxation.
Level 1–2: For fit beginners and intermediate students. Some yoga experience is beneficial
Level 2: For advanced beginner and intermediate students.
Level 2-3: For intermediate to advanced students.
Pilates: For those wanting to strengthen and condition muscles, this ultimate mind-body workout can help you tone, streamline and realign your body.
Toddler: For parents and children aged walking to 4. Enjoy moving, laughing, dancing and exploring the world with your children. Learn yoga postures in a fun and playful environment.
Iyengar: Precise way of practicing Yoga by the help of props, i.e.: blocks, bolsters, belts. It is designed to allow a thorough understanding of the posture and depth of the subject.
All Levels: Students at both beginners and intermediate levels are invited to attend this class. The teacher will see that everyone gets the appropriate support or challenge.
Restorative Yoga: Enjoy active relaxation. Yoga poses specifically designed for when you feel fatigued, weak or stressed out from daily life; restorative yoga poses, however, are also useful to practice when you are sick, injured or recovering from childbirth.
Yoga for Kids: For children aged 5-10. Kids have fun learning coordination and balance. But more importantly yoga can teach stress relief and concentration giving the children lifelong inner peace and confidence.
*Pre-Natal Yoga: This class is run as a 12 week course. Breathing, relaxation, stretching and strengthening techniques designed to specifically prepare pregnant women for birth and beyond.
*Yoga: “Only for Beginners”: This class is run as a 12 week course. For those who have never practiced yoga or for those with special needs, this course will teach the principles of yoga from the bottom up; building a strong foundation to continue your practice joyfully and safely.
